Who we are

- Property details: address, postcode, access notes, and landlord or agent details if you give them.
- Job details: the service you need, your description, answers to our questions and any photos you upload.
- How you found us: campaign tags, ad click identifiers, referring page and the page you booked from.
- Your choices: acceptance of our terms, your request to start work within the cancellation period, and marketing preferences.
If you start a booking but don't finish it, we keep what you entered so we can follow up if you need help.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To arrange and carry out work you ask for (contract).
- To follow up unfinished bookings and improve our service (legitimate interests).
- To keep records we're required to keep, such as gas safety records and accounts (legal obligation).
- To send reminders and offers, only if you opt in (consent). You can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with
Our engineers and office team, and the service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, database, email delivery, job management and accounting providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it. Job and invoice records are kept for six years to meet tax rules, and gas safety records for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to follow them up.
Your rights
