We deal with the plumbing around the appliance: supply pipes, valves, hoses and waste. Faults inside the machine, such as the motor or drain pump, need an appliance repair specialist.
Usually, as long as there's a cold supply and a waste pipe within reach. The engineer will explain the route for the new pipework before starting.
If the waste hose sits too low or the standpipe is too short, water can siphon out as the machine fills. Repositioning the hose or fitting the correct standpipe usually solves it.
No. An emergency costs the same as any other call-out in the same time band. You pay for the time of day, not the word "emergency".
Travel within the area we cover, attendance, diagnosis and the first 60 minutes of work. After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute blocks at the extra-time rate for the same band.
