FAQs
Most mixer and thermostatic showers can be repaired with a new cartridge or diverter, as long as parts are still available. If they aren't, the engineer will talk you through replacement options.
We look after the plumbing side of electric showers. Any new wiring, or changes to the existing circuit, needs a qualified electrician.
Most silicone sealants need around 24 hours to cure before they get wet. The engineer will tell you the drying time for the product used.
Only as a last resort. The engineer tests the waste, tray, seals and supply separately first, so anything opened up is the part that is actually leaking.
No. An emergency costs the same as any other call-out in the same time band. You pay for the time of day, not the word "emergency".
Travel within the area we cover, attendance, diagnosis and the first 60 minutes of work. After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute blocks at the extra-time rate for the same band.
