The fixed price covers one appliance, and each additional gas appliance, such as a hob or gas fire, is added at a set price. Tell us how many there are when you book.

The engineer explains the problem and, if the appliance is unsafe, follows the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure, which can mean turning it off until it's repaired. Any repair is priced separately and only goes ahead with your agreement.

Travel within the area we cover, attendance, diagnosis and the first 60 minutes of work. After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute blocks at the extra-time rate for the same band.
